It hangs the connector in a temperature-controlled test box, and sprays a sodium chloride solution of a specified concentration with compressed air to form a salt spray environment. The exposure time is at least 48 hours specified by the product specifications.

  Vibration and shock-vibration and shock resistance are important properties of electrical connectors, especially in special application environments such as aerospace, railway and road transportation. It is an important indicator for testing the robustness of the mechanical structure of the electrical connector and the reliability of the electrical contact. The relevant test methods are clearly defined. The shock test shall specify that the peak value is acceleration, the duration is time, and the electrical continuity of the shock pulse waveform and time is interrupted.
